URL Builder is not for your web site, it's for the marketing of your web site. For example, you have a particular banner on a particular 3rd party site. By using URL Builder GA will be able to better track the incoming traffic from that particular banner on that particular site. Without it, you would just see traffic coming from that site without being able to attribute it to a specific banner. If you have a team of people then the first thing to do is know their strengths and weaknesses related to their work. Then, if we provide each one with a task they are comfortable with and can do with ease, everyone gains enough confidence and is motivated to handle just about any task. And for unknown tasks, let the best performers to help them to get better.
Employees can schedule or fix dedicated time to each task. (For example this time to this I will work on Link Building). My point of view is if I did not organize these things it will take me much longer to get them done or they may not even get done at all.
If something new idea comes in our mind, or if we studies something new that will be more useful for our project, we can save it or bookmark it for further reference. So in future there will be no need to search for that same information again. Organize every info’ in our desktop in specific folders and name them properly. So that we can find out what it is about, without opening the files. Time Consumed.
Planning (Little bit difficult for me) – Before Starting project we can spend a time to plan the working process of that project. Coz Planning allow us to be more efficient, less pressed for time, and more flexible.
