As an experienced professional in Team Management, I am having  the ability to do multi-tasking, able to handle multiple clients and the associated teams efficiently. Looking after the clients’ requirements sharing with the team, task assigning, task organizing, resolving the technical issues, resolving the people management issues and getting the project deliverables done from the teams’ end, on time with high quality by keeping client satisfaction in mind. 

Having one-one meetings with the team members to understand if they have any difficulties with the other team players and their job role in it and to prompt feedback from them about how the team leads or project managers are helping them accomplish their deliverables and goals. 

I will create a unified and comfortable working atmosphere for the team members, resolve any collaboration issues within the team, instrument team goals or objectives, provide training, motivate the team members and provide timely feedback on their tasks.
